Performance Tester

Job Description
- Proven experience as an IT Performance Tester or similar role.
- Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner
- Experience in scripting (Java, Javascript, Groovy)
- Understanding of automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience in programming languages such as Java (preferably)
- Familiarity with version control tools, preferably Git and CI-CD pipeline.
- Design, develop nonfunctional testing (Scalability, load, stress) and scripts.
- Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests on applications.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure performance requirements are met.
- Build and maintain a performance quality gate and a performance testing strategy on given project.
- Enable performance monitoring and performance analytics to apply insights from production into development lifecycle for modeling and analysis
- Provide recommendations for performance improvements and optimizations.
