Possess a qualification of SPM or above
Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (read,speak,type)
Willing to work in night shifts, 9 hours per shift including of 1 hour break time (shifts between 10pm till 2pm)
Willing to work with 5 working days per week, 2 rotational offdays
Willing to work based in office at Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Able to join on the following date: 11 March 2024
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc)

Able to handled high volume of inbound calls and provide professional customer service experience to the customers
Provide information on products or services provided by the company
Maintain high level of confidentiality regarding customer\'s billing information
Able to diffuse customer\'s situation in a calm manner
Able to multitask and quickly learn about the product knowledge

Salary package: Basic RM 3500 + up to RM 250 Night Shift Allowance + up to RM 200 KPI Allowance + OT allowance
