Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xa7 Manage cross-disciplinary projects within agreed time, cost and quality,
\xef\x82\xa7 Manage, plan and assigned resources effectively for the project.
\xef\x82\xa7 Prepare schedules, MOP, RA and all related documents for the project.
\xef\x82\xa7 Prepare and submit progress reports daily, weekly or when needed.
\xef\x82\xa7 Manage and ensure project billing and costing are within targets, highlighting variances and risks with follow up actions and solutions as necessary.
\xef\x82\xa7 Perform post-mortem after the completion of project to identify the areas for improvement. Requirements:
\xef\x82\xa7 Degree in Engineering or in a relevant discipline, with PMP certification.
\xef\x82\xa7 At least 8 years of experiences managing projects in the Telecommunications and Data Centers with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
\xef\x82\xa7 Possess knowledge and experiences in the area of power, cooling systems, DCIM and busway.
\xef\x82\xa7 Some knowledge of mechanical fabrication and electrical power.
\xef\x82\xa7 Strong project management skills.
\xef\x82\xa7 Good negotiation skills with excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
\xef\x82\xa7 Competence in Microsoft Project, Office and AutoCad. Ability to commute/relocate:
