Identify required documents and approvals for permit applications.
Prepare and submit permit documents, forms, and correspondence to Local Councils, Authorities, and Private Landlords.
Liaise with relevant officers and building management to secure necessary permits and consents.
Conduct land searches to verify boundaries, rights of way, and ownership.
Track and follow up on all permit submissions until approval is obtained.
Coordinate joint site surveys with Authorities, Clients, and Landlords.
Maintain and update permitting records, acknowledgment receipts, approvals, and deposit documents (soft and hard copies).
Manage permit extensions, CPC (Certificate of Practical Completion) submissions, and deposit recoveries within project timelines.
Provide regular status updates and reports to management.
Assist in resolving permitting-related issues during construction.
Participate in project meetings and site visits as required.
Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments when necessary, including work on public holidays if required.
