Manage the executive\'s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
2.Project Management Support:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing business projects and initiatives.
Proactive support and follow-ups on project progress and provide regular updates to the executive.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
3.Event Planning and Coordination:
Organize and coordinate business events/ programs, including trainings, meetings, and social gatherings, etc.
Handle logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements.
4.Office Management and Technical Assistance:
Maintain office supplies and ensure the executive\'s workspace is organized and efficient.
Liaise with other departments and external vendors as necessary.
Implement and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Provide technical support, including liaison with IT vendors.
Requirement:
Candidate must have experience as Personal Assistant
At least intermediate in Excel and PowerPoint
Candidate must have good communication in English
Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage
Candidate must have exposure to project management
