Job Description

Responsibilities



Manage Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare, edit, and review documents, reports, and presentations. Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the Director. Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for Director's commitments. Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and partners. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes. Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive company and personal matters. Support Director in both professional and occasional personal errands to optimize time management.

Qualifications



Diploma and above Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with online meeting platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and Webex

Must be ready to support beyond normal working hour

Not required to travel with director but occasionally if needed support
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
