Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a busy couple in managing their professional commitments, household operations, and family logistics. The ideal candidate is a master of multitasking who can switch gears effortlessly between scheduling business meetings and coordinating family travel or household maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Calendar & Schedule Management



Maintain and synchronize complex professional and personal calendars for both individuals. Gatekeep time by prioritizing requests and ensuring no scheduling conflicts. Send reminders for upcoming appointments, birthdays, and deadlines.

2. Business & Administrative Support



Handle email correspondence and draft professional replies. Assist with basic project management, research, or document preparation. Liaise with colleagues or business partners on our behalf.

3. Household & Family Logistics



Coordinate household vendors (landscaping, cleaning, repairs) and ensure tasks are completed. Manage family travel: research destinations, book flights/hotels, and create detailed itineraries. Handle personal errands (shopping, gift sourcing, returns). Assist with event planning for family gatherings or dinner parties.

4. Financial & Record Keeping



Assist with expense tracking, bill payments, and filing receipts. Maintain digital and physical filing systems for personal and household records.
Candidate Profile: Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

3+ years in a personal assistant, executive assistant, or estate management role.

Discretion:

Absolute confidentiality is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and communication apps (WhatsApp/Telegram).

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined, professional tone.

Problem-Solving:

A "figure-it-out" attitude. You should be able to solve logistical puzzles independently.

Flexibility:

Availability for occasional after-hours support for urgent matters or travel changes.
Personal Attributes

High emotional intelligence and ability to read the room. Calm under pressure and able to handle shifting priorities. Strong attention to detail (nothing slips through the cracks).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
