Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Managing Director
Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and reminders
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and document preparation
Coordinate internal communication with staff and management
Liaise with parents, vendors, and external stakeholders professionally
Maintain organised records and manage confidential information
Assist with reports, data tracking, and basic administrative tasks
Support ad-hoc tasks in a fast-paced school environment
Requirements:
Degree in a relevant field
Minimum 1 year relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Independent yet a good team player
Able to start immediately
Female candidates preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
