Personal Assistant Cum Driver

Job Description
- Have Malaysian License Class D (Manual transmission cars with unloaded weight not exceeding 3500 kg)
- Must have at least 2 years good driving experience on 6 seater vehicle such as Alphard.
- Familiar with Kuala Lumpur routes & knows how to use Waze or Google Map.
- Able to work outstation.
- Able to work flexible hours. Available working at night and on weekends (if necessary).
- Able to communicate in English (advantage)
- Responsible, agile thinker, punctual, trustworthy, problem solver & have integrity.
- Day shift
- On call
- Working at night and on weekends (if necessary)
- Experience Driver: 1 year (Preferred)
- Coming on time during working hours.
- Stand by for CEO\'s instructions on Sunday.
- Dropping and picking up CEO.
- Protect CEO\'s privacy as conversations between CEO & others are private & confidential.
- Keeping the car clean, service on time and in running state.
- Collecting & delivering or purchasing goods such as food, groceries & parcel.
- Check on car road tax expiry.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the CEO.
- Responsibility on the general office runner.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Coordinate appointments, conferences arrangements through handling calendar and ensuring all meetings are prioritized, planned, and arranged.
- Have KWSP, SOCSO & SIP
- Bonus (depends on performance)
