Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR management, demonstrating a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin languages.
Responsibilities
Efficiently manage the Director\'s schedule, encompassing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements; proficiently prepare and edit various documents, presentations, and correspondence; exercise discretion in handling confidential information, ensuring utmost confidentiality.
Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, maintain an organized and productive office environment, and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
Represent the Director in meetings and other functions during her absence, making decisions and giving approvals within the designated scope of authority.
Support recruitment and onboarding by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting orientations, completing necessary paperwork, and maintaining accurate employee records in HR databases.
Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues, resolving concerns to foster a positive work environment, and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Administer HR tasks including managing documentation such as employment contracts, job descriptions, and policies, supporting compensation and benefits programs administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support the implementation of performance management systems, organize performance reviews, provide necessary documentation, and assist in training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
