TanggungjawabManage the Founder's Schedule

• Organize the calendar, book meetings, and send reminders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and task completion.

Support Events & Projects

• Help plan and execute events like workshops, client meetings, and presentations.
• Prepare professional documents, reports, and event materials.
• Manage logistics and ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

Administrative Tasks

• Handle emails, WhatsApp, and calls in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Oversee travel bookings, expense reports, and document filing.

Entertain Clients

• Accompany the founder to networking events or casual drinking sessions to entertain clients when needed.

Learn Financial Knowledge
