Job Description

Schedule and diary management:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders for tasks and deadlines.

Communication:

Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence via email and mail, and act as a liaison between the employer and staff or clients.

Document preparation:

Type, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.

Administrative support:

Manage and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital), order office supplies, and handle expense reports.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
