Responsibilities

Provide administrative and secretarial support to management.
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality.
Assist in day-to-day office operations.
Requirements

Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant is an advantage.
