Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and secretarial support to management. Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally. Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality. Assist in day-to-day office operations.
Requirements

Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work independently. Prior experience as a Personal Assistant is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
