We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support the management team in daily operations, coordination, and communication tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of handling both administrative and translation duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Gender: Preferably Male.o Assist management with daily administrative and coordination tasks.o Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.o Handle correspondence, reports, and documentation.o Provide translation and communication assistance in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia when dealing with clients, partners, and internal staff.o Maintain proper filing systems and confidential records.o Prepare presentation materials using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.o Support in general office administration and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Diploma in any field.o Language proficiency: Must be able to communicate effectively in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.o Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).o Possess own transport and a valid driving license.o Punctual, self-disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently.o Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
