Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized

Personal Assistant

to support business operations in a corporate setting. This role involves a mix of administrative support, scheduling, and communication tasks, suitable for candidates with prior PA or sales experience.

Responsibilities



Provide personal and administrative support to executives Handle scheduling, calls, and meeting coordination Attend occasional external meetings and networking sessions Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin/Cantonese

Requirements



Malaysian citizen (Chinese preferred, others welcome) 1+ year experience in PA or corporate sales roles Tech-savvy and adaptable Good command of English and Mandarin/Cantonese Minimum Diploma qualification
