Assist the Director/Management in planning, coordinating, and monitoring ongoing projects.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Prepare meeting minutes, project reports, and documentation for management review.
Handle daily administrative tasks including scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare presentation materials when required.
Handle confidential documents with professionalism and discretion.
Act as liaison with suppliers, clients, and third parties regarding project matters.
Monitor project expenses and update cost tracking sheets.
Anticipate needs of the Director and proactively resolve issues before escalation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
Proficiency in three languages--Chinese, English, and Malay--is mandatory. (verbal & written communication skills)
Strong organization and time-management skills.
Able to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
Willing to travel when required
