Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated ability to manage calendars effectively, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in problem-solving, with the ability to identify issues, analyze information, and develop effective solutions.
Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in arranging travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Responsibility
Manage and maintain the Non-Executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring the Non-Executive is well-prepared for all engagements.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring seamless and efficient travel itineraries.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and documents, exercising discretion and upholding ethical standards.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite to create professional and accurate materials.
Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and record keeping, ensuring efficient organization and retrieval of information.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills to meet the evolving needs of the Non-Executive.
