Responsibilities
- Perform secretarial and administrative duties
- Handle calls, emails and correspondence
- Liaise with vendors and clients on behalf of the employer
- Run errands and tasks as requested
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
Requirement:
- Minimum qualifications in Diploma and above
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Must be computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft word and
excel
- Able to work independently, hardworking and pleasant personality
