Job Description


Responsibilities :

  • Handling day to day general office administrative task at office
  • Managing incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and phone calls, and redirecting them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery, equipment, and pantry items.
  • Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree, in any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team with minimum supervision.
  • Preferably Fresh Graduates or Junior Executives.
