Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group\'s Professional Division is partnered with a rapidly expanding property or technology platform Company. Due to their rapid growth and expansion, they are currently seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to able to join their force.Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize meetings and maintain calendars
  • Handle phone calls and emails, taking messages when needed
  • Record detailed and accurate meeting notes
  • Assist with daily time management tasks
  • Run errands as needed
  • Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements
  • Write emails and letters
  • Prepare training and meeting slides
  • Shoot and edit videos
Job Requirements:
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skill
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
