Handle the scheduling and coordination of the Audit Manager's daily appointments and meetings.
Be the central contact person responsible for smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
2. Business & Financial Support
Carry out on-site audit work, overseen by senior personnel, and ensure strict adherence to all deadlines.
Handle the timely management of audit and reporting cycles, confirming that all mandatory documents are submitted on or before their due dates.
3. Task Monitoring & Follow-Up
Track incomplete tasks and initiate follow-up actions to guarantee on-time completion.
Manage the continuous update and maintenance of checklists pertaining to all routine tasks and scheduled reports.
Confirm the accuracy and oversee the submission of all required documentation and supporting records.
4. Other Duties
Perform additional duties and complete special assignments upon the request of the Audit Manager.
Ensure all confidential information is handled professionally and with the utmost care for discretion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
No experience and eager to learn are encourage to apply
Must be Chinese (for communication with manager and clients)
Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Takes ownership of work with a strong sense of responsibility
Reliable, dependable, and attentive to detail
Possess a valid driving license and able to drive
