Manage the Audit Manager's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Act as the main contact to ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external clients.
2. Business & Financial Support
Conduct on-site audit procedures under senior staff supervision, ensuring all tasks meet deadlines.
Manage audit and reporting deadlines, ensuring all required documents are submitted by their due dates.
3. Task Monitoring & Follow-Up
Keep track of uncompleted tasks and follow up proactively to ensure timely delivery.
Responsible for managing the updating and maintenance of checklists for all routine tasks and scheduled reports.
Verify the accuracy and manage the submission of all necessary documentation and supporting records.
4. Other Duties
Undertake other duties and special assignments as requested by the Audit Manager.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Must be Chinese (for communication with manager and clients)
Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Takes ownership of work with a strong sense of responsibility
Reliable, dependable, and attentive to detail
Possess a valid driving license and able to drive

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
