• This is a full time permanent position
• Basic Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,800 + Performance Bonuses

** Our client, a reputable Real Estate Firm that is one of the market leaders in real estate industry and they have been growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for a passionate Personal Assistant to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their management to handle a variety of administrative duties for the Managing Director. __
** Responsibilities:

• Managing the Director\xe2\x80\x99s diary and make appointments
• Organize and coordinate internal & external meetings, conferences and appointments
• Prepare minutes of meetings
• Work closely with marketing team in brainstorming ideas for Tiktok videos filming
• Assist marketing team in personal branding and update company\'s social media posting from time to time
• Perform Tiktok video shooting and editing tasks with the marketing team

__ ** Additional Information/ Requirement:

• Minimum possession of a Diploma or equivalent
• At least 0.5-1 year of relevant working experience is required
• Fresh Grads with good video shooting & editing skills and familiar with TikTok app/ Youtube/ Xiao Hong Shu app/ Instagram are welcome to apply too
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
