We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in both personal and administrative tasks. The role will require full-time availability for the first 1-2 months and will transition into a part-time position thereafter-perfect for candidates seeking flexibility without a long-term full-time commitment.

Responsibilities

• Personal Tasks:

• Managing Schedule & Appointments: Booking and organizing personal appointments, travel plans, and reservations.
• Household & Errands: Running errands like shopping, bill payments, and household coordination.
• Personal Correspondence: Handling emails, messages, and phone calls on your behalf.
• Family Assistance: Organizing tasks related to children, medical appointments, or household staff.
• Event Planning: Assisting with birthdays, family gatherings, or social engagements.

2. Personal Administrative Tasks:

• Calendar & Email Management: Organizing meetings, reminders, and prioritizing tasks.
• Travel & Accommodation: Researching and booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Filing & Record-Keeping: Organizing personal and work-related documents, invoices, and receipts.
• Simple Accounting & Expenses: Recording expenses, tracking reimbursements, or liaising with accountants.
