Job Description

Responsibility



Schedule Management?Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communication: Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive. Document Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and important documents. Office Maintenance: Ensure office supplies are stocked and everything is wellorganized. Coordination: Liaise with other departments and external partners for smooth operations. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion. Personal Assistance: Assist the executive with personal errands as needed.

Requirement



1-3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. High level of discretion and professionalism. Proactive, resourceful, and detailoriented. Good in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Preference for candidates fluent in Mandarin to interact with clients
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
