Location: Dental Clinic, Puchong

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Personal Assistant to support Dr. Ee in daily tasks and clinic-related activities. This role is ideal for someone creative, organized, and responsible, with an interest in content creation and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Dr. Ee with daily administrative and personal tasks Video editing using CapCut for social media content Basic graphic design and creative input for marketing materials Coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Occasionally required to travel outstation to assist in events, talks, or exhibitions Providing ad-hoc support when required
Requirements:

Proficient in CapCut (or other video editing tools) Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus) Responsible, reliable, and able to commit to tasks (no disappearing) Must have own transport Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken & written) Flexible working hours
