Personal Assistant to a China F&B Owner



Core Purpose:

To provide dynamic, bilingual support, seamlessly switching between remote administration and in-person team coordination in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities:



Admin & Communications Hub:

Manage all schedules, correspondence, and documents in both Mandarin and English, working primarily from home.

Team Morale & Logistics Lead:

When the China team visits Kuala Lumpur, take charge of all logistics--including transport, accommodation, and team-building activities--to ensure a smooth and positive visit.

Mandarin-Speaking Liaison:

Act as the crucial communication bridge, facilitating clear understanding in all written and spoken interactions with the team.

Must-Haves:



Fluency in Mandarin (reading and speaking). Based in Kuala Lumpur. Flexible to work from home and meet in-person as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
