Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, distributing documents, and managing email communication.
Report Preparation:
Assisting in the preparation of reports, summaries, and other documents.
Organize and maintain the Director's calendar:
Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure effective time management.
Liaise with internal teams & external partners.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed by the team.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum spm/diploma/ advanced diploma/degree or equivalent
No working experience required but need to have positive attitude to learn new things
Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa & English
Posses basic skills in Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and a well-organized approach to work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
