Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
Manage complex calendars and scheduling with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
Draft, edit, and proofread letters, documents, emails, and proposals; ensure timely follow-up on items requiring responses or written replies.
Arrange travel, visas, and accommodation; occasionally travel with the Director to provide on-site support and assistance.
Screen phone calls and emails, manage transmittals, and welcome or manage visitors on behalf of the Director.
Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe minutes or correspondence from handwritten notes.
Coordinate internal meetings, luncheons, coffee sessions, and in-house events.
Greet and check in clients and guests for meetings and events.
Handle a variety of office and personal errands as needed.
Liaise professionally and confidentially with both internal and external parties.
Prioritize tasks effectively and handle urgent matters within tight deadlines.
Collate and manage the flow of information internally and externally.
Undertake special assignments, ad hoc tasks, and miscellaneous duties as assigned by Director.
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and business associates.
Requirements:-
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Business Administration / Public Relations or equivalents.
More than 2 years working experience as Personal Assistant / Secretary to GM
Preferably Female.
Possessed a valid driving license (B2 or D).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Extremely detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks.
Excellent people skills.
Detail to appearance; dress in a professional manner.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
