Personal Asistant Duties :


1. Handling/Assisting the arrangement of Agency Manager Business portfolio through weekly meeting, gathering, personal sales activities, marketing activities and recruitment events.

2. To manage and assist clients portfolio and agents portfolio.

3. To Support the office / agency administrative work together with other support staffs.



Social Media Duties :

1. Plan, create and schedule social media posts.

2. Capture behind the scenes content and events.



Requirements :

1. Min Diploma in any field

2. Energetic

3. Own transport and flexible movement

4. Adaptability

5. Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia

6. Effective listening
