Job Scope:
Handle Meeting Minutes, Presentation Slides, Schedule Of Work, Documentation & Filling
Coordination with suppliers, partners, customers, team members to achieved business goals
Content writing for news release, email, articles & notice
Preparation and planning of event / seminar / workshop
Handle video taking , interview video taking, trip video taking and photo taking
Prepare and coordinating event and seminar
Negotiating with partner, supplier, and other stakeholders
Assist in document and software such as invoice, quotation, proposal
Assist superior for daily schedule and needs by sourcing for solution and needy
