Job Description


1.Organise and coordinate schedules, calendars, meetings, conferences and travel arrangements 2.Outreach - coordinating administrative matters with both internal and external stakeholders 3.Research relevant events and stakeholders for the company to participate in or engage Ensure that CEO is well-briefed and prepared for any engagements 4.Preparing, coordinating and submitting applications 5.Compilation, management and safekeeping of confidential documents and information - both softcopies and hardcopies 6.Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines 7.Undertake ad-hoc functions, assignments and related duties as assigned
