Personal Assistant to CEO position available in KL Your new company Your new company is one of Malaysia\'s largest financial utilities\' providers whose product portfolio helps banks across the country provide instant transfers and is working towards an improved Malaysian GDP. Your new role In your position you will be acting as a personal assistant to the CEO of a major Fintech company in Malaysia, assisting the CEO and Senior Directors with scheduling and rescheduling appointments, setting up meeting rooms, making edits to PowerPoint, Word documents and Excel sheets and assist with other ad hoc tasks where necessary. What you\'ll need to succeed To succeed in this position you will need: Prior experience as a Personal Assistant for Managing directors or higher Excellent time management Able to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously Microsoft Office experience.
