Job Description


Responsibilities :-Executive Support- Provide seamless administrative assistance to the CEO and Sales Directors, managing their calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.- Act as liaison between executives, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration-Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalismAdministrative Support- Manage and maintain executive\xe2\x80\x99s schedule, appointment and travel arrangements- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including making necessary arrangementsDocuments Preparation-Meticulously prepare business reports, presentations, letters and speeches, showcasing a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence-Create and maintain organize documentation systems to enhance efficiencyOrganizational Support- Prioritize task and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness- Collaborate with team members and provide assistance as needed to support overall organizational goals.Articulate Verbal Skills-Possess an eloquent and articulate speaking style, ensuring effective communication in person and over the phone-Confidently represent executives with a poised and professional demeanorEnglish Proficiency-Exhibit a high level of proficiency in both written and verbal English communication-Craft clear and concise written communication for emails, official letters and other professional correspondence.Requirements :-Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, serving company directors or top-level executivesEducation : Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institutionMeticulous Work Ethic : A detail oriented approach to task, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspect of the role.Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paces environment, adapting to changing protities and deadlinesLanguage Prowess : An impeccable command of the English language with an ability to adapt to different communication style.
