Job Description

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The PA acts as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities



Executive Support



Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal use of time. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Track and manage action items, deadlines, and follow-ups arising from meetings and communications. Coordinate and support the preparation of board papers, reports, and executive briefings.

Communication & Liaison



Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and correspondence; respond where appropriate. Liaise with senior management, board members, and key partners to ensure effective communication flow. Draft professional communications, memos, and reports as required.

Meeting & Event Coordination



Plan and organize executive meetings, board meetings, and offsite events. Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow-up on decisions and action items. Manage logistics for domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodation, and itineraries.

Office & Project Support



Assist in special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for decision-making. Support budgeting, expense tracking, and administrative processes related to the CEO's office.

Qualifications and Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of

5+ years of experience

supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders. Proven ability to manage complex schedules, projects, and confidential information. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
