Job Description

Key Responsibilities :



Providing high-level administrative and personal support to the CHIEF OF OPERATIONS (COO). Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence. Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. Assist in organizing both business and selected personal activities as assigned. Accompany the COO on business trips and provide on-site support as needed. Assist with personal errands and family-related logistics when requested. Assist the COO in research, data analysis, and managing special projects. Maintain strict confidentiality and display a high level of professionalism at all times. Support ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements :

At least 3 years of experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Well verse communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
