Job Responsibility



The job incumbent is required to perform diversified confidential secretarial duties and provide general administrative support and assistance to the director, ensuring all aspects of the director's office are organized efficiently and effectively. To act as tour operator as well. Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff & clients. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings. Organize traveling plans and itinerary of the Director and make necessary booking arrangements. To assist the Director in their personal arrangements and matters. Undertake any ad hoc assignment task given by Directors.

Requirements



Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace Emotional Intelligence and a good listener Coachable and willing to learn Able to work well independently and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written English, Bahasa and Mandarin as communication skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
