Job Description


This role is mainly remote / home working, with occasional opportunities for meetings or travel to complete tasks. Part-time or full-time. \xc2\xb7 Provide a full range of confidential personal assistant duties and overall administration support to 1-2 Directors who are based in UK and Malaysia \xc2\xb7 Plan, maintain and coordinate calendar management, travel and accommodation arrangements \xc2\xb7 Monitoring emails, calendar, phone calls in his/her absence and providing cover where necessary \xc2\xb7 Maintaining internal and external relationships within the team, clients and stakeholders \xc2\xb7 Conducting research and producing reports \xc2\xb7 Providing ad-hoc team secretarial support, including drafting correspondences, preparing applications and bundles etc. \xc2\xb7 Integration of new staff and organising leavers \xc2\xb7 Prepare and organise legal documents, presentations, marketing materials etc. \xc2\xb7 Proofreading (English, Mandarin etc.) \xc2\xb7 Providing legal, marketing, social media, bookkeeping, finance and HR support \xc2\xb7 Document management, updating and consolidating records, database, files etc. The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English, fluent in Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Holds Diploma or Degree in Management, Secretarial, Legal, Finance, Marketing or equivalent
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision
  • High degree of integrity and maturity, and ability to keep confidential information safe
  • Excellent PC skills with a high proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • International client service approach with cultural sensitivity
