Executive Support

o? ?Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and daily schedules.

o? ?Conduct research and compile information for internal and external meetings.

o? ?Join meetings, take notes, and assist in tracking action items or follow-ups.

o? ?Support interview coordination and candidate communications when needed.

o? ?Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and company event planning.

Project Coordination & Management

o? ?Track and manage projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

o? ?Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution.

o? ?Monitor progress, timelines, budgets, and team resources across projects.

o? ?Troubleshoot challenges, identify workflow inefficiencies, and propose improvements.

Office Administration & Operations

o? ?Oversee smooth day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, stocked, and organized environment.

o? ?Supervise and coordinate the cleaner (kakak) for general cleanliness and hygiene.

o? ?Manage pantry inventory and restocking (e.g., beverages, snacks, toiletries).

o? ?Maintain and organize the store room, ensuring proper tracking and replenishment of supplies.

o? ?Keep updated records of company assets (devices, furniture, office equipment) and monitor movement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
