We are looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director (MD) with daily tasks. The PA will also help the MD manage and authorize important matters such as banking and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the MD with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Arrange meetings, manage schedules, and handle travel bookings.
Prepare letters, emails, and basic reports.
Help the MD to check and authorize bank transactions and payroll.
Handle confidential information properly.
Support with any other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Some experience as a PA, Account, HR or in a similar role is preferred.
