An enterprise located in Malaysia, with the main office in Kuala Lumpur. The enterprise is a diversified investment holding and management company with a major interest in real estate-related investments

  • Monitoring a reporting managers email and responding if required
  • Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
  • Answering phone calls
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the employer
  • Organising and planning meetings & appointments
  • Source for supplies
  • Coordinating with the drivers
  • Various ad hoc requests
Requirements
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Possess own transport
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
  • Active listening and good communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
