Job Description


  • Schedule Management: Managing calendar, arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring that there is no scheduling conflict.
  • Correspondence Management: Handling the emails, letters, and other forms of communication, preparing responses, and taking care of the email inbox.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinating and arranging travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and visas. Must be responsive during weekend for urgent matters only.
  • Office Management: Managing the office, including maintaining files, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that the office is organized and running efficiently.
  • Meeting Preparation: Preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring that all relevant materials are prepared in advance of meetings.
  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and other information management systems.
  • Event Planning: Coordinating and organizing events, such as conferences, seminars, and workshops.
  • Communication: Acting as a liaison with other staff, departments, directors, and external stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Managing the budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring that financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Human Resource Management: Assisting with human resource functions, such as recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff members.
  • Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times, as you may have access to sensitive information. Include govt body registration and etc
  • Various ad hoc request
Overall, as a PA of MyEdu, your role is to provide comprehensive administrative support, manage the head\'s day-to-day operations, and ensure that the educational institution runs smoothly and efficiently. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month Benefits:

Experience:
  • Personal Assistants: 1 year (Preferred)
