Serve as the primary point of contact for external parties and internal staff on behalf of the Group Managing Director's office.
Conduct thorough follow-ups after meetings, formulate action plans, and provide strategic suggestions. Report outcomes to the Group Managing Director for final decision-making.
Propose effective solutions to challenges arising from business operations and execution.
Assist in reviewing business and financial reports (e.g. P&L, budgets, performance summaries) and provide insights to support decision-making.
Manage correspondence, calls, and visitors with professionalism and discretion.
Arrange and attend meetings, transcribe dictations, and prepare confidential and official correspondences, presentations, reports, proposals, and cost calculations.
Support business-related meetings without limitations, including entertaining invited guests.
Collate information, format documents, organize meetings, and develop presentations as required.
Draft letters, agreements, and correspondence to facilitate the Group Managing Director's leadership responsibilities effectively.
Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and discussions, particularly with top management.
Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Group Managing Director, including financial and business research where needed.
Seek opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency within the Group. Conduct research and analysis to propose best practices and implement new tools or technologies to optimize performance and resource utilization.
Qualifications & experience
Minimum Diploma qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a related role (executive support, administration, or finance).
Willingness to travel as required.
Positive working attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
Possess knowledge and skills in financial analysis to support business decision-making.
