Position: Personal Banker Wealth / Wealth Management Associate (WMA) - Kedah (Northern region) (WMA: Fresh graduates encouraged to apply) Hiring branch location: Northern Region (Kedah) Pulau Langkawi / Kuala Kedah Prai JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Sales Planning & Activities Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers from Bank\'s leads (LMS) and self-generated leads Actively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at branch/region on sales activities/campaigns for customer acquisition and retention Plan and identify cross-selling/up-selling to increase customers\' PHR and revenue Set appointments, sales visitations, prospecting, and engagement with customers Account opening for CASA for wealth customers 2. Sales Management Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationships and for referrals Work closely with Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotion and campaigns Compliance to Bank\'s policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethics JOB REQUIREMENT 1. Personal Banker Wealth At least 1-year experience in wealth investment products ie Unit Trust, Bancassurance & ASNB products Possess relevant licenses (PCEIA, CEILI, FIMM, PRS & TBE) Those candidates who possess a driver\'s license or own transportation will be considered as an added advantage Being able to communicate in Mandarin is an additional advantage. 2. Wealth Management Associate (WMA) Fresh Graduate with up to 2 years experience Degree holder with a minimum CGPA of 2.8 Strong interpersonal and communication skills Creative and possess the initiative, drive, and ability to work independently and in a team Pleasant personality Being able to communicate in Mandarin is an additional advantage.
