Job Summary
Your primary role is to ensure exceptional customer service by helping customers identify and purchase the most suitable products.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Warmly greet customers, assist with inquiries, and provide support to Pharmacists with daily store operations.
Store Maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet at all times, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Inventory & Sales:
Efficiently manage stock levels and inventory, and accurately process all sales transactions and payments.
Training will be provided.
Job Requirements
Minimum
SPM qualification
required;
fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
1-2 years of retail experience is beneficial but not essential.
Must possess a
friendly, courteous, and positive attitude
with strong self-motivation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong customer focus.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including
weekends and public holidays.
