Job Summary
The Retail Assistant's primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service by helping customers easily find and purchase the right products.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
1-2 years of prior retail experience is a plus.
Must be friendly, courteous, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a warm, engaging, and customer-focused personality.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Support: Warmly greet customers, assist them with inquiries, and support Pharmacists with daily store operations.
Store Maintenance: Keep the entire outlet well-organized and clean at all times to ensure a welcoming environment.
Inventory & Sales: Efficiently manage stock levels and inventory, and accurately process all sales transactions and payments.
Training will be provided.
