Job Summary

: Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right products, ensuring exceptional customer service is consistently provided.

Job Requirements :



Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply 1-2 years of retail experience is a plus Friendly, courteous, and self-motivated with a positive attitude Good communication and interpersonal skills A warm, engaging personality with a customer-focused approach Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Job Responsibilities :



Assist Pharmacists with day-to-day operations in the outlet Ensure the outlet remains well-organized clean, and presentable at all times Provide a warm, friendly greeting to customers and assist them with inquiries Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the retail outlet Manage stock levels and inventory efficiently Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately Training will be provided
