Job Description

• Required Language for speaking and understanding: Mandarin, English and Malay.
• 6 working days.
• Must be available to outstation and work during public holidays and weekends.
• Familiar with GPS navigation system: Google Maps / Waze apps.
• Experience in driving MPV cars.
• Good driving records with valid driving license, punctual, patient and positive attitude. Must be well disciplined, have good eyesight, properly groomed, possess a courteous and pleasant personality.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
• No criminal record.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Location: Butterworth, Penang

• Drive the Director to appointments, meetings or outstation as when required. Ensure punctual daily pick up from the residence to office and any other destinations as instructed.
• Drive the family members to appointments and children to school. Perform additional tasks such as item pickups and deliveries and running errands for the family as instructed.
• Ensure the personal safety and security of passengers and vehicle. Ensure the utmost confidentiality of family members\' information, preventing any unauthorized disclosure.
• Ensure that the assigned vehicle is well-maintained, clean and meets all safety requirements.
• Follow all safety measures while driving including observing speed limits, obeying all traffic and road signs, and avoiding dangerous behaviors such as answering phone calls, to ensure passenger safety and full compliance with traffic rules and regulations.
• Dispatch or collect documents and parcels to or from office or other specific locations as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
