- Personal Driver for Director

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and professional

Personal Driver

to provide dedicated driving support for the Company Director. This role requires frequent

outstation travel

and the flexibility to stay in

KL during weekends

(almost every week in a month). The driver will be responsible for ensuring safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation, while also being on standby when required.

Key Responsibilities

Safely drive the Director to and from appointments, meetings, events, and outstation destinations. Frequently travel outstation, with regular weekend stays in KL as part of the job requirement. Maintain flexibility in working hours;

rest days will fall on weekdays

instead of weekends. Always be on standby for ad-hoc assignments, including urgent requests for pick-up/drop-off. Ensure vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times. Monitor vehicle servicing, road tax, insurance, and related documentation. Assist the Director with carrying items, luggage, or other duties when required. Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Job Requirements

Minimum

3-5 years' proven experience

as a Personal Driver for Senior Management, Directors, or VIPs. Possess a valid Malaysian driving license with

clean driving record

. Familiarity with Klang Valley, Johor, and interstate routes. Physically fit, punctual, and able to work long and irregular hours. Professional, well-groomed appearance with good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and discretion. Ability to remain calm and attentive under pressure. Flexible and always prepared to be on-call/standby.

Compensation & Benefits:

To be discussed during interview, including possible allowances for outstation duties.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
