If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us Job Responsibilities: Aggressively source and book new loans for the bank Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales via marketing visits, telemarketing, launches, roadshows and any other sales activities to achieve sales targets Complete action of all leads assigned via LMS and strive to deliver high conversion rate of these leads to sales Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer Attend road shows and/or any branch/off-site activities when required To actively promote Unsecured Personal Loan products Cross selling other banking products as and when opportunity arises to increase customers\' stickiness with HLB Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling Ensure bank\'s interest is protected at all times Comply with bank\'s relevant internal policies, SOPs, sales compliance and statutory requirement in relation FSA, KYC, AMLA and all relevant internal policies & procedures and sales compliance To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.
